Our
passion for food has inspired us to value the
importance of raw ingredients. Greece has a long
tradition in producing agricultural, dairy and meat
products famous for their high quality and
nutritional value. In our restaurant we use organic,
extra-virgin olive oil from the hills of the
Peloponnesus, and fresh local vegetables. Our fresh
meat, fish and poultry is brought in daily. We buy
our “Raki” from small producers in Crete, and we
prepare all our food ourselves. |
